Software :: IMAP Mail Archive Utility for Outlook 2010



Windows Utility to archive email for IMAP accounts in Outlook 2007/2010.

Run the program, select the accounts, archive date and click start. Tick the "Test Run" checkbox to emulate the archiving process, no actual messages will be archived.

  • Archive Date: Any messages older than this date will be archived, defaults to 6 month old.
  • Process Max Msg: Archiver will stop after counter is hit. Maximum value is 1000.
  • Skip Folders: List of folders separated by commas, these folders will not be archived.
  • Archive Prefix: Prefix value for Outlook archive PST (Read-Only).

  • Toggle Options
  • Start Outlook Send/Receive
  • Show Archive PST file
  • Send Email to Support

  1. Download and install pre-requisites, download and run program executable. Please ignore any warnings from IE, or use Mozilla Firefox/Chrome to download.
