Tutorial CRM - Getting Started, Add Key

Product require the following minimum fields, product name and product category. Optional fields are product description, and SKU (Stock Keeping Unit).

Add Key


Keys are used throughout the CRM2 system to enumerate information. E.g. Types of phone numbers or emails.

Click the "Classification" icon on the main toolbar.

Select Key Type


Select the correct Key type to view the current listing. Then click the "New" button to create a key. Fill in the required information.

The "Is System" checkbox denotes a key that can only be edited/deleted by the System Administrator.



Click the "Save" button to add key to database.
